vManage, vSmart, and vBond controller setup.
Edge device onboarding, provisioning, and template-based configuration.
Policy deployment — centralized control/data policies, application-aware routing, and segmentation.
Execute migration from legacy WAN (MPLS/IPSec VPN) to Cisco SD-WAN with minimal disruption.
Perform site readiness, cutover, and post-deployment validation.
Integrate SD-WAN solution with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and external networks.
Design & Configuration
Develop and implement vManage templates, device feature templates, and policies.
Define traffic engineering policies using App-Aware Routing, QoS, and SLA-based path selection.
Configure TLOC extensions, BFD monitoring, and OMP policies.
Ensure secure overlay establishment using certificates, PKI, and control plane security best practices.
Testing, Troubleshooting & Optimization
Perform lab validation and pilot rollouts for new deployments or software versions.
Troubleshoot overlay control plane, data plane, and application-level performance issues.
Analyze vManage statistics, control connections, and tunnel health for performance optimization.
Coordinate with Cisco TAC for escalated SD-WAN incidents and software defect analysis.
Documentation & Handover
Prepare detailed implementation guides, configuration templates, and migration runbooks.
Maintain accurate network topology diagrams and as-built documentation.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to NOC and operations teams post-deployment.
