As a critical member of Lightspeed’s in-house marketing team, you'll spend your days helping to build a strong and consistent global e-commerce brand. You will be responsible for designing compelling materials for our marketing campaigns. This includes creating designs for landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral. You will collaborate closely with content creators and front-end engineers on the marketing team to tell our brand story through great content experiences. 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Design and develop visually engaging landing pages optimized for conversions, eye-catching graphics for social media platforms, assets for email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
  • Work with front-end engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
  • Produce and maintain internal marketing design documentation.
  • Managing your own project deadlines with input and direction from the project manager.

 

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work in digital marketing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing design role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces, familiarity with UX/UI principles.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • A knack for balancing creativity and performance.
  • Fluent Russian OR comprehensive English proficiency for internal communication (you should speak at least one of the languages well enough to understand tasks, efficiently work with feedback, and express yourself freely). 

 

Even better if you have, but not necessary

  • Experience in e-commerce (retail) industry
  • Interest in developing video editing skills
