Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and deliver value. Continuous refinement and adjustment of software components to enhance performance and usability are also key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions remain effective and relevant.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Assist in documenting application designs and configurations for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data processing and transformation techniques to prepare data for analysis.
- Ability to work with various data sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
