JOB DESCRIPTION:
OBJECTIVES
Assist in preparation of monthly production and rate & retention reports including supporting variance analysis
Contribute to the monthly financial analysis pack for management review
Support the Annual Plan process, including set-up of premium, acquisition, and expense templates
Run the monthly forecast process, including projections for premiums, losses, acquisition costs and expenses
Assist in development of performance metrics and participate in management meetings by highlighting key business drivers
Participate in projects and initiatives as required
Provide ad hoc variance analytics and insights to support decision making

QUALIFICATIONS
Current bachelor’s degree student or recent graduate with a history of strong academic performance.
Pursuing CPA designation
Proven track record in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
Ability to conceptualize details and develop action plans for problem solving and decision making.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment with limited supervision.
Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities
Experience with Microsoft products, with advanced excel skills (VBA/Macro skills are an asset)

For this position, the hourly rate is $25 to $28 and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
