Summary of our opportunity

This is an EA role supporting senior Directors in London and Europe.  The Global EA team consists of 50 employees situated between London, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America.  EAs work together supporting senior Directors across the business Everyone is capable, experienced and has a strong connection to the company, within the EA team and the business areas they support. There is a collaborative and hardworking quality output ethic in the team. Core responsibilities of the role are diary, travel, expenses and business support. EAs co-ordinate with an external travel company to organise travel.

Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, internal and external calls and meetings
• Arranging national and international point to point travel including visas and itineraries where necessary
• Organising team and business area events including but not limited to lunches and dinners, offsites and seasonal events
• Owning and organising the department’s monthly All Hands call
• Creating and editing presentations and documents when required
• Extensive email, video conference (MS Teams) and phone liaison externally and internally
• Expenses management and raising purchase orders via workday
• Onboarding new joiners

• Keeping necessary information up to date across the business; Org charts, team details, team sites and admin documents

Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Demonstrable extensive EA experience supporting at Senior Management/Managing Director level working within banking, financial services, or commercial industry. 
  

Technical

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and verbal English and Polish
