Key Accountabilities
- Continental Europe business development support
- Support European Country Head(s) in defining actions plan to develop ELITE in their countries, assessing partnerships opportunities and overlooking cross-country synergies
- Support origination activities managing market analysis and target lists
- Support origination activities on the Cross-Europe Programme
- Coordinate activities and manage KPIs at Pan-European level
- [Members onboarding process at RoE level] - to be progressively hand overed
- Membership solutions + Funding solutions + Strategy & Business Development (general):
- Perform detailed industry and market analysis to identify trends, risks related to Private market investments and private companies’ needs and opportunities
- Develop concise and effective presentations and pitch materials for internal/external meetings supporting business strategy on Private Capital and Membership solutions
- Co-design, develop and launch support on funding solutions (i.e. Basket Bond Portugal) and membership solutions based on the small and medium private companies’ needs
- Promote and partner with the broader team to identify new products/services opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Actively participate in corporate and commercial discussions and contribute to strategic / financial recommendations for ELITE companies and prospects
- Analyse business plans and participating in preliminary due diligence sessions
- Leverage all ELITE departments to define, plan and execute cross-functional initiatives (including initiatives such as 1000 Companies to Inspire Europe)
- Partner with Euronext Business / support functions to cultivate cross-functional relationships delivering high priority strategic initiatives
Your profile
• Solid understanding of- and interest in- capital markets.
• Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics.
