Overview

TKO is seeking an experienced Director of Security to lead and manage AAA’s security strategy and efforts to ensure the safety of its employees, visitors, facilities, and assets. This role provides strategic leadership over live event security, physical security operations, risk management, and emergency response with oversight of both internal and external investigations.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise-wide security strategies and policies

• Oversee daily physical security operations, including access control, surveillance, and guard services

• Lead incident response, investigations, and crisis management efforts

• Conduct risk assessments and security audits across all locations

• Manage, train, and evaluate security staff and third-party vendors

• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency agencies

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards

• Manage security budgets, technology, and vendor contracts

Qualifications

• Studies in security management, criminal justice, or other related law enforcement studies

• 10+ years of progressive security experience, including leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of physical security systems and risk management

• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Work Environment

• Travel expected up to a bi-weekly basis with 24/7 on-call availability

• Ability to respond to emergencies outside normal business hours

Reporting

• VP of Global Security

Other Requirements

• Reside in the Mexico City area and report to AAA HQ when not on live event or other business travel
