About you and this role
Join Our Dynamic Invoice to Cash Team as a Receivable Specialist in Terneuzen, The Netherlands!
Are you ready to be part of a diverse, multinational, and collaborative team? Our Invoice to Cash team is designed to enhance the customer experience through an end-to-end invoice to debt reconciliation process. We combine several processes, such as rebate and price management, invoicing, cash application, and payment receipt and handling, to deliver exceptional service.
As a Receivable Specialist in our Payment Receipt and Handling team, you'll work closely with other sub-functions within the Invoice to Cash organization. Your role will be crucial in providing outstanding service on any invoice-related matter to both our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Customer Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for accounts receivable matters.
Collections Activities: Lead near due and past due collections activities, influencing customer payment behaviors.
Credit Order Blocks: Monitor and release credit order blocks to ensure smooth operations.
Correction Documents: Issue correction documents to customers as needed.
Customer Account Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer accounts.
Accounts Reconciliations: Manage accounts reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
Educational Background - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
Experience - Few years of experience in AR accounts is required.
Language Proficiency - Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Experience - Background in economics and/or accountancy, and experience working with customers.
Your Skills
Customer Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong connections with customers and internal stakeholders.
Communication Skills - Proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively understand and address customer needs.
Problem-Solving - Independently and proactively tackling issues and queries in a timely and constructive manner.
Accounts Receivable Management - Handling accounts receivable matters, including collections and credit order blocks.
Attention to Detail - Ensuring invoices are issued and processed correctly and timely.
Analytical Skills - Gaining insights into customer portfolios and payment behaviors.
Team Collaboration - Working closely with various sub-functions within the Invoice to Cash organization.
