About the Role

Specialist, ADE

根据岗位职责区分,完成营销服务部/营管处人力发展或业绩推动或新人训练的工作,具体包括以下内容:

一、人力ADE

保险营销员面试; 组织实施增员推广活动推动营管处业务团队的人力增长,包括增员沙龙专项活动、寿险事业创业说明会等活动; 负责营销服务部/营管处人力增员激励及竞赛推动的专项活动; 通过早会、面谈、辅导等方式,向保险营销员传递公司信息,交流增员经验,促进增员推动和激励; 管理增员渠道,制作并管理增员工具。

二、业务ADE

1、协助营销服务部/营管处负责人达成营管处业务目标,最终实现机构目标:

根据营管处目标进行分解,确定产品和层别人群; 通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员,帮助营销员设定目标,明确关键行为,并进行追踪,推动达成; 组织产品训练、业务活动等,提升营销员的销售能力; 组织各种会议,向保险营销员传递公司信息,交流业务经验,协助营销员制订展业计划并提供支持; 通过对于业务节奏的执行、制度及方案的宣导推动,确保营销员和主管达成每个阶段的目标。

2、执行公司与业务推动相关的制度和规则

清晰了解公司和营销员相关的基本法、竞赛、营运的等相关制度,协助营销员在日常展业过程中问题的沟通和处理; 对于公司相关的规则和制度及时宣导,确保营销员利益。

三、新人ADE

1、独立进行区部和营管处各培训门类课程运作和授课,主要是为营销员提供以销售技能、产品知识和合规展业为核心的训练,帮助其保持良好的销售习惯、展业技能和合规意识并能达成较高的个人产能。

2、追踪学员各项指标达成并解决学员的展业问题和发展问题。

3、对所在区部、营管处荣誉导师进行培养、激励、使用,以便其对营销团队进行销售、管理支持。

4、组织、操作各类针对营销团队、客户和准增员的经营活动、会议,如早会等。

以下内容为所有岗位共同的工作职责:

1、清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求;

2、及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险;

3、主管安排的其他工作。

任职基本要求:

  • 本科及以上学历

  • 2~5年以上寿险行业工作经验

  • 具有较强的组织能力、沟通技巧、客户意识、责任心和工作主动性
