Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Warranty Representative!

 The Warranty Representative Staff supports the Samsung team by managing warranty operations and ensuring accurate service claims and data reporting. This role handles escalations, reviews and updates labor rates, assists with claim audits, and compiles key warranty data to support business insights and reporting needs.

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Schedule: Mon-Thu (On-Site) Fri (Hybrid)

Pay: $25.00 per hour based on experience

Work Authorization:

Job Description:

• Daily communication with the outsourced team to assist and resolve daily issues and escalations
• Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team
• Review the requested labor rate with the contract and upload the new rates into the system
• Assisting in the auditing of warranty claims before closing
• Compile and manage a large amount of data from the system
• Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of Excel)
