As a Senior Manager for Customer Experience Data Products, you will play a critical leadership role in the CXO organization, overseeing AI-driven data products that power customer intelligence and experience transformation. You will be responsible for managing data platforms that leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI models to deliver actionable insights. This role ensures seamless integration of customer journey data, voice of customer feedback, and conversation intelligence to drive better decision-making and business outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead a portfolio of Experience Data Products, including Journey Experience Transformation, Case Data, Voice of Customer (VoC), Conversation Analytics Products and Network Capabilities.

  • Drive AI/ML adoption to enhance customer experience insights, journey scoring, and predictive analytics.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to build data-driven solutions that inform CX strategies.

  • Develop and execute a roadmap that aligns with business goals, ensuring seamless integration of data intelligence across platforms.

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to product owners, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.

  • Partner with AI, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data products.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to enable real-time customer insights and enhance personalization strategies.

You Will Need to Have

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, AI/ML-driven solutions, or related fields.

  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing multiple product teams.

  • Expertise in customer journey analytics, AI-based experience scoring, and data platforms.

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and customer data intelligence.

  • Proven ability to drive data governance, security, and compliance in large-scale platforms.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills to influence executive stakeholders.

Even Better If You Have One or More of the Following

  • Experience in telecom, customer experience analytics, or AI-driven CX products.

  • Hands-on knowledge of big data technologies, data engineering, and AI/ML implementation.

  • Experience in leading product transformation initiatives, working in Agile environments.

  • Experience in VoC Domain and familiarity with products like Qualtrics XM, Adobe Journey Optimizer, etc

  • Experience in managing Big Data platforms in Google Cloud that involve services like Bigquery, DataProc, Looker and Spanner.
