Commercial Agency Director
Your role: Commercial Agency Director
The Commercial Agency Director is responsible for leading their agency team on all things audio. You’ll be the lead Global person for the key decision-makers on your agency patch from investment to planning, digital to C-suite.
You’ll be leading and managing an Agency Sales team (c.16 people) in building and maintaining effective business relationships with an important set of media agencies to deliver agreed revenue targets. This will also include dealing with prioritised clients, relevant to the respective agencies.The Commercial Agency Director will be responsible for proactive revenue generation and client servicing across all agencies within their group, delivering the deal and inputting into trading arrangements and driving take-up of Dax and other new revenue streams
The role sets the pace for a high performing, client facing, commercial team and is responsible for maintaining a collaborative and open culture so that the agency team is aware of all activity across the deal agencies they are responsible for.
