A Day in the Life

• Basic proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Exposure to or willingness to learn Power Platform tools, such as PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Foundational understanding of Data Analytics concepts, including data cleaning, visualization, and interpretation.
• Interest or exposure to AI in Business Intelligence (AI in BI), including leveraging AI-driven insights and predictive analytics within Power BI.
• Understanding of Business Process Simplification and Automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to project-based work in a dynamic setting.

The intern will play a key role in supporting the development of interactive dashboards and automation workflows that drive data-informed decision-making across multiple business functions. The scope involves:

• Collaborating with various departments such as PMO, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and others to gather, clean, and consolidate data from diverse sources.

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that surface meaningful insights, trends, and performance metrics to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Streamlining the data inflow process to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent updates to reports and dashboards.

• Designing and implementing automated alerts, email reports, and workflows using Power Automate, helping reduce manual efforts and improve responsiveness.

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, translate them into dashboard features, and iterate based on feedback.

This project offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in data analytics, business automation, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic project environment.
