Are you passionate about retail, visual merchandising, and developing high-performing teams? Levi’s is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale State Coordinator - VIC to lead and grow our presence across key Myer and David Jones locations in metro Melbourne and Geelong, including Geelong, Highpoint, Northland and Melbourne City.
About the role
As the State Coordinator - VIC, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end performance of your pad locations, covering Levi’s Men’s, Women’s and Curve categories. From leading a team of Sales Stylists and delivering training, to managing visual merchandising execution and delivering training. This is a multifaceted leadership role where no two days look the same.
You'll work closely with the National Visual Merchandising Manager and Brand Experience Manager to help roll out national strategies at the pad level while ensuring local teams are engaged, sales-focused and aligned with brand standards.
Your territory
This role oversees Levi’s pads within Myer and David Jones stores located across Greater Melbourne (including Geelong).

Key Responsibilities
Drive pad performance across Myer and David Jones Greater Melbourne locations
Lead, train and develop a team of Sales Stylists
Deliver engaging in-store training and seasonal range presentations
Manage rosters, timesheets, and payroll within budget
Oversee store VM standards, fixtures, POS and promotional setups
Monitor stock levels and execute timely consolidations
Develop strong working relationships with store leadership and VM teams
Analyse sales and inventory data to create actionable insights
Support seasonal range reviews and promotional planning
Key Competencies
Multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience (department store or wholesale preferred)
Strong leadership, training and team development skills
A flair for creating impactful in-store visual merchandising
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Confidence in analysing sales and inventory data
Highly organised with an ability to manage priorities across multiple sites
