In this role, you will proactively manage a diverse portfolio of motor claims, including own damage for Corporate Clients. Your main focus will be to ensure that service delivery meets client expectations.
You will be responsible for efficiently and professionally concluding claims while keeping all parties informed throughout the process. Effective communication with various stakeholders is essential. This role is suitable for experienced Motor Claims Handlers looking for a new challenge.
The expectation is to work in the office three days per week on average, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

We will rely on you to:
Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
Manage all documentation required for processing claim files
Review and validate Repair Authorization Agreements, including assessing repair estimates from repair units and approving repair costs from both technical and contractual perspectives
Evaluate the insured events and assess the damages incurred
Ensure timely resolution of claim files within established deadlines
Update estimated vehicle repair costs based on information received from repair units or the insurer’s representative (Claims Reserve)
Authorize payments based on the final repair estimates provided by the repair units.
Promptly and accurately handling client requests and queries
Determining coverage for incoming claims based on policy knowledge
Check the invoices received and/or claims for compensation and record the payment of damage files in the system, according to the competences established by internal rules
Communicating with clients, beneficiaries, third parties, or insurers to receive status updates and resolve queries
Generating, validating, and distributing claims reports to ensure accurate records
Facilitating collection from insurers on small claims and tracking ongoing work for common claims settlements
What you need to have:
Demonstrable claims handling experience
Effective communication in Romanian and English
Insurance industry experience
Understanding of insurance products.
Ability to influence and build relationships.
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
Knowledge of loss assessment applications (e.g. audatex, dat),
Road and insurance legislation
