We are a team of passionate and curious people on a big integration (Denmark’s largest) and transformational journey at Novosti's. As part of that mission, we’re digitizing the customer and employee experience, integrating and re-envisioning the company as a bionic, data-driven, customer-centric organization.
Right now, we’re looking for three highly motivated and detail-oriented student workers with a strong analytical mindset, business acumen and a can-do attitude, who want to join our journey. You need to have a strong interest in information technology, project management, and business processes. You will play a crucial role in supporting the change management activities for commercial integration and other strategic digital projects.
This role offers hands-on experience in business process design, the implementation of enterprise-level systems, and the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of change management principles.
You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of projects and tasks while developing your commercial and project management competences. You will get the chance to work across domains – marketing & innovation, global insights, sales, pricing, service, change management & learning and possibly UX, salesforce CRM, hyper-automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and the like. The focus will depend on your preference, the project pipeline and business opportunities we are engaging.
In this role you'll make an impact by
· Project management support
· Stakeholder management
· Data analysis and dashboarding
· Build communications and change management documentation
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collect feedback
· Create User interface (UI), experience (UX), and tool usability insights
· User adoption training, resolution, and support.
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in information technology, business administration, communications, project management, or a related field.
Technical Skills (Preferred): Basic understanding of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Planner, Monday.com, Trello, DevOps).
Analytical Skills: Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and document complex processes.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Personality Traits: Agile and growth mindset, open, curious, adaptive, diligent, focused, and easy to work with.
REPORTING LINE(S)
Reports to domain area Director(s), with dotted line to project managers and VP of Commercial Excellence & Transformation
EXPERIENCE
None required, but previous internship, apprenticeship or work experience in company is highly valuable.
COMMITMENT
Flexible, but preference will be given to students that can commit 15-20 hours a week for 1 to 2 years.
