Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Designs complex modifications to medical education plans and delivers targeted and differentiated training programs for medical professionals and healthcare organizations. Maintains a practical knowledge of professional medical education practices and company product technologies in order to coordinate procedural demonstrations and product application training for medical professionals, healthcare providers, strategic partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Implements modifications to education and training programs that address educational gaps among medical professionals and support the sales team in achieving and exceeding product sales goals and departmental objectives.
Implements processes to integrate cutting-edge digital technologies and content delivery methods that improve product understanding, enable sales, and enhance the overall medical professional customer experience.
Applies in-depth knowledge of professional medical education practices to inform the improvement of education plans, training programs, and content delivery methods that support corporate marketing and branding strategies.
Identifies opportunities to influence product sales by facilitating product demonstrations and promoting company technologies at professional medical conferences, organization-sponsored symposia, and healthcare provider seminars.
Serves as an induvial contributor and developing specialist on professional education programs and offers feedback regarding the sustainability of medical education initiatives, innovative learning systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Facilitates the implementation of key performance indicators that monitor, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of education plan improvements and training program modifications.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
