Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly experienced .NET FS Developer to oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise financial systems supporting banking, trading, or other regulated financial operations. This role involves leading a technical team, architecting scalable and secure .NET applications, and ensuring solutions meet compliance standards and business requirements. Your contribution will facilitate the effective operation of financial platforms, supporting operational excellence and regulatory adherence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Software Requirements
Required:
Extensive expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core (version 3.1 or later) supporting enterprise applications (8+ years)
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and related data access frameworks like Entity Framework (8+ years)
Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable financial applications supporting banking or trading systems
Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL including schema design, data queries, and performance optimization
Experience managing application security, data encryption, OAuth2, OAuth, and regulatory standards in financial systems
Proven experience supporting cloud deployment environments (Azure or AWS preferred)
Preferred:
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js (for full-stack support)
Experience supporting DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management
Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer, or Security Certifications (preferred)
Overall Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of enterprise-grade .NET applications, including backend services, APIs, and user interfaces supporting financial workflows
Architect robust, secure, and scalable solutions in line with business and regulatory standards
Collaborate with business analysts, security, and architecture teams to translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables
Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, and promote best practices in secure, maintainable coding
Support system deployment, cloud migration, and environment provisioning activities
Manage the implementation of security protocols, data encryption, and compliance controls
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and support incident management processes
Mentor junior developers, ensuring team adherence to quality, security, and process standards
Foster continuous improvement in system performance, security, and operational resilience

Demonstrated leadership in guiding development teams and implementing best practices in enterprise system projects
Day-to-Day Activities
Architect, develop, and deploy scalable .NET applications and services supporting core financial processes
Lead teams in designing, coding, and testing enterprise applications aligned with business and compliance standards
Conduct code reviews, performance improvements, and security assessments
Troubleshoot and resolve application or system security issues promptly
Support cloud migration, environment management, and infrastructure automation
Monitor system health, security, and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed
Collaborate across teams to ensure technical solutions meet project and regulatory requirements
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and system configuration records
Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
8+ years supporting enterprise financial or trading systems in a high-security environment
Certifications relevant to Azure, DevOps, or enterprise security are a plus
Proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality enterprise applications
