Business Operations Shared Services (BOSS) - Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) is a global organization of over 400 employees with presence in more than 80 countries that supports Citi Businesses and Functions with products including Archiving, Corporate Card, Citi Wheels, Managed Print, Mail & Distribution, Transaction Print, Marketing Print, Global Travel, Office Supplies & Stationery as well as other Business Partner Services.
This position will execute and provide support to activities across products and countries for the Asia Cluster, following a centralized hub model, and reports to the Asia cluster BTSS Operations Service Center Lead. The chosen candidate will need to partner with the BTSS Country/Cluster/Product Leads to ensure full alignment and deliver minimum operating standards.
In this role, you’re expected to:
- Have a clear understanding of all Citi policies and procedures that directly impact Third Party Management to drive the adoption and adherence to these processes and procedures to minimize risk
- Build strong internal relationships and help strengthen controls and awareness across Citi businesses
- Perform Pre-Contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring activities based on specific third-party risk profile, country, and / or business requirements in compliance with Third Party Management requirements and any other alternate framework requirements
- Monitor reports to ensure third-party management policy required Pre-Contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring is carried out by responsible and / or accountable parties
- Facilitate and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in areas such as Data Privacy, Export Licensing, and Continuity of Business (COB) to complete required due diligence activities
- Ensure timely completion and updates to third-party related risk information based on required frequency; track outstanding items for follow-up
- Contacting and liaising with Country BAO, Citi internal stakeholders, and vendors to request relevant information to ensure completion of control assessments and gap remediation.
- Proactively assist BAO to ensure Third-Party risk management activities are handled in a controlled and compliant manner consistent with Citi policies and standards. This includes but not limited to
- Annual Due Diligence, Third Party Information Security Assessment (TPISA), etc.
- Gap Management from Third Party Risk Assessments (TP-RAPs)
- Vendor Review – Monthly/Quarterly business review (SLA/KPI/KRI)
- Update systems CASP+, On-going monitoring tool and TP RAP in a timely manner
- Engage with Third Party Officers (TPOs) as well as Sector and Cluster Risk teams as necessary
- Liaise with Third Party Officers (TPOs) and In Country Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and Sector/Cluster Risk teams to provide guidance on policy compliance and overall third-party risk management requirements, as needed
- Keep Stakeholders (BAO, BTSS country teams, Risk & Control, Product Leads, Cluster Heads, etc.) informed about the status of the pending request or controls.
- Ensuring all management information / metrics (volume, quality & efficiency) and controls reporting is completed within the required timeframe.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Background in Third Party Management/Vendor Management highly desirable
- Administrative or operational support experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment
- Good understanding of the BTSS / Shared Service organization structure
- High degree of flexibility and productivity; initiative and creativity.
