We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and processes.
Solution Design: Design and recommend Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and improve processes.
Configuration: Assist in configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.
User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
