What You Need to Be Successful

• 12+ overall work experience in SW industry
• 8+ years of proven experience in FOSS
• Deep understanding of Software development lifecycle and related technical expertise (Code repositories, CI Pipelines, Android, ...)
• Deep knowledge of FOSS licenses and obligations to discuss with legal counsel.
• Good knowledge of industry practices (FOSS compliance & FOSS development model)
• Curiosity in technologies, products
• Willingness to travel (2-3 times a year for some days)
• Experience using standard Project Management, SCRUM, and Agile methodologies.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Prior experience in a strategy consulting firm with automotive customers
• Hands-on experience in system engineering, especially MBSE
