The Everyday Business Banking team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have end to end accountability for Cash Management, Deposits and Transactions customer experience.

Our Crew has accountability to acquire, optimise and retain transact and deposit customers with broad responsibility to drive NPS+30 aspirations and at the same time deliver better volume/ margin outcomes across deposits. We are part of the Everyday Business Banking team comprising of Deposits, Transaction Banking, Merchants, Corporate Cards and Customer etc.

We manufacture and manage products that service small businesses all the way through to Institutional clients.

Do Work That Matters

Your accountabilities include:

  • Develop and industrialize pricing and portfolio strategy across the Everyday business banking (EBB) product suite and execute the pricing recommendations.
  • Working in collaboration with the broader Product, Finance and Segment teams.
  • Lead the team to ensure we have a cohesive pricing strategy and recommendation based on insights and pricing analytics/ models and assist in the development and execution of it.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction, sales, balance growth and NIM targets.
  • Develop and generate key portfolio and pricing initiatives across the EBB products (acquisition and in life) on an ongoing basis and drive outcomes that benefit the customers and the business.
  • Understand the voice of the customer, be across and pre-empt impact of macro, micro and product landscapes that pertain to our business.
  • Proactively identify, understand, and manage risks across the business ensuring they are captured in our tracking and reporting tool and are being rectified in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain current and new pricing controls for the Everyday Business Banking products.
  • Play a lead role across the broader team, fostering collaborative culture and ensuring all CBA values are always demonstrated.
  • Build strong networks and collaborative teams across key stakeholders.

  • 7+ years’ experience in financial services.
  • Pricing, Analytics and Product Management experience is desirable.
