Do Work that Matters
As a Customer Service Representative providing phone based support to our Retail Banking customers you will be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome calls
Missed payments and early-intervention collections
Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions available with hours to suit your lifestyle from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 6pm (shift options and details listed below). This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work predominately from home with a once a fortnight connection in the office to give you the best of both worlds!

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability per week, these would be split over 2 shifts
Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, Perth, once a fortnight
Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, at 15 hours per week for 4 weeks. (dates and times to be confirmed)
Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period however are able to be flexible post training
Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career
