Roles and Responsibilities

• Executes production according to the appropriate instructions.

• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute Lean Line Daily Output.

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others including read across and best practice sharing through coaching.

• Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

• Acts as a mentor and coach for colleagues with less experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university WITH 4+ years of manufacturing experience OR a High School Diploma / GED WITH 6+ years of manufacturing experience.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

• 100% onsite work at GE Greenville, SC.

Desired Characteristics

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Lean manufacturing experience o Knowledge of problem-solving tools.

• Ability to document, plan, create, and execute programs

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
