Roles and Responsibilities
Executes production according to the appropriate instructions.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute Lean Line Daily Output.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others including read across and best practice sharing through coaching.
Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
Acts as a mentor and coach for colleagues with less experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university WITH 4+ years of manufacturing experience OR a High School Diploma / GED WITH 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
Eligibility Requirements

100% onsite work at GE Greenville, SC.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
