What this job involves:

As a Program Delivery Coordinator – Meetings & Events at JLL in the Amazon Meetings & Events/Service Delivery department, you will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Program Manager in the coordination and execution of corporate meetings and events. This role ensures seamless delivery of events by managing logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks while serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event participants. Working full-time in Bangalore - BLR37, you will assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events (in-person and virtual) while coordinating event logistics including ticket intake, venue booking, catering, audio-visual setup and attendee registration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional corporate meeting and event experiences for Amazon through superior coordination, execution, and stakeholder management.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Assist in planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events (in-person and virtual) while coordinating event logistics including ticket intake and venue booking
  • Coordinate catering, audio-visual setup and attendee registration while serving as point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event participants
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables for seamless event delivery coordination
  • Provide on-site or virtual event support including setup, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement as needed for comprehensive event management
  • Maintain accurate event records, documentation, and post-event reports while managing stakeholder communications throughout event lifecycle
  • Support Assistant Program Manager in coordination and execution of corporate meetings and events with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Work with both in-person and virtual event formats while demonstrating flexibility to work extended hours during peak event periods
  • Ensure seamless delivery of events through effective vendor coordination and administrative task management in dynamic environment

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, meeting planning, or similar program delivery role with experience working with both in-person and virtual event formats
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in dynamic environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience coordinating event logistics including venue booking, catering, audio-visual setup and attendee registration for corporate events
  • Ability to serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event participants with strong relationship management skills
  • Experience liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables for successful program delivery
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, during peak event periods for comprehensive event support
  • Skills in maintaining accurate event records, documentation, and post-event reports with attention to detail for administrative excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field with corporate meeting and event coordination experience
  • Experience working with Amazon or similar technology company meeting and event requirements with knowledge of corporate event formats
  • Background in on-site or virtual event support including setup, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement for seamless event execution
  • Understanding of stakeholder communications and vendor coordination processes in corporate environments
  • Experience with ticket intake processes and attendee registration systems for large-scale corporate events
  • Knowledge of audio-visual setup requirements and catering coordination for both in-person and virtual corporate meeting formats.
