Job Description Summary

The MMP Portfolio Excellence Specialist supports portfolio governance, execution rigor, and performance transparency across the $1B+ global Multi Year Maintenance Programs (MMP) portfolio. Partnering closely with Regional ITR teams and functional stakeholders, this role supports a major MMP transformation by enabling consistent execution, portfolio visibility, and data driven insights.

Reporting to the MMP Portfolio Excellence Manager, this role focuses on analytics and standard work execution to enable informed decision making and offers strong exposure to senior leaders and cross functional teams.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support contract compliance, margin expansion, and full visibility to MMP backlog, pipeline, and forecast.
  • Prepare and maintain MMP contract reviews, scorecards, and portfolio dashboards to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Support standard work, KPIs, and operating rhythms to enable portfolio health reviews.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across core systems and reporting tools to support forecasting and performance insights.
  • Support accurate setup and maintenance of MMP contracts in core systems (e.g., NEX, OFS, P‑MAX) to ensure full backlog and performance visibility.
  • Analyze portfolio performance to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support deployment of commercial policies, digital tools, and analytics.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement tools, training materials, and best practices.
  • Partner with ITR, OTR, Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams to support aligned execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or Finance from an accredited college or university "or equivalent knowledge or experience”.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Power Generation Services or related environment, with exposure to Sales, Commercial, Operations, or Process Excellence.
  • Significant experience working with KPIs, dashboards, analytical capability and performance data

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $92,800.00 and $154,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
