Are you someone passionate about helping Fidelity’s customers answer key financial planning questions such as When can I retire?, Should I pay down my debt or invest?, and How much do I need for healthcare in retirement?. You’ll play a vital role in developing the methodology and help translate it into functional digital tools for representatives and customers.

The Financial Solutions team, part of Strategic Advisors, develops the financial planning methodologies that underpin the financial advice and guidance Fidelity offers its wealth, brokerage, and workplace clients through interactions with representatives and digital tools. The team also conducts research, drives innovation in financial planning and provides thought leadership on a range of financial planning topics, as well as aids in investment product development.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
