Join the Thomson Reuters enterprise Risk Management function, part of Risk & Compliance to help strengthen the control landscape and support the establishment of new, and delivery of existing core processes designed to evaluate and manage risks associated with external business relationships.
Help build, deploy and operate a TR customer compliance (KYC) capability, focusing on identifying risks associated with selling products and provisioning access to TR content and intellectual property.
About the Role:
Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product, Sales and other business functions, to further strengthen the Firm's risk management practices and drive risk management framework adoption.
Support the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) program and the associated projects.
Design, implement and improve relevant processes i.e., customer screening, operationalizing new organizational capabilities and tooling.
Support third party risk management activities, connecting the dots to gain efficiency across adjacent processes.
Further mature risk reporting to ensure visibility and adequate treatment for the relevant identified issues.
Build and maintain a common KYC body of knowledge covering Standard Operating Procedures, as well as training materials for new joiners and impacted business stakeholders.
About you:
You're naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and strive for excellence.
You understand compliance, sales processes, customer screening and KYC processes.
You speak fluent English and communicate effectively and efficiently.
You have more than 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry, and ideally, 3+ years in a management role leading service delivery and a team of contributors.
You are fluent in Microsoft Office and understand data visualization principles, ideally, you're versed with PowerBI.
Risk Management is your forte and you're comfortable working with GRC tooling and processes.
You have experience with sales, sourcing, procurement, contract management and relevant processes in a global entity.
Ideally, you have hands-on experience in the design and operationalization of KYC controls in a regulated market.
