What you would do in this role

• Help the team architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics models for different client problems
• Develop applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality
• Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution (could also include but not limited to deep learning models, neural networks, chatbots, image processing)
• Assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical and sustainable practices
• Interface with clients/account team to understand engineering/business problems and translate it into analytics problems that shall deliver insights for action and operational improvements
• Consume data from multiple sources and present relevant information in a crisp and digestible manner that delivers valuable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead, mentor and groom the team for technical best practices and delivery excellence
• Drive complex program delivery, manage large and diverse teams, and navigate layered stakeholder dynamics

Who we are looking for?

• 9+ years experience in data- and AI-led solutioning including exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing, machine learning to solve business problems
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics , Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Solid foundation in Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms, GenAI, LLMs, RAG architecture and Lang chain frameworks, including end-to-end knowledge of life cycle of an ML model
• Hands on experience in Python and PySpark, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and other machine learning frameworks
• Expertise in Python to perform ETL activities and to deploy ML and Advanced analytics models
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure, AWS or Databricks tools. Relevant certifications in multiple cloud platforms is highly desirable
• Prior Insurance industry experience is highly desirable
• Experience managing large program delivery and leading & mentoring large teams is preferred
