Main Tasks
- Handle end-to-end sales process for SMT new products with HQ and end-customers. This includes from opportunity management, commercial deal, delivery till billing.
- Responsible for annual sales targets, e.g. Order Intake , Sales Revenue and strategic goals, as well as AR collection.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with customers, develop new customer networks. Handle customer escalation with HQ team.
- Dig out and analysis customers demands, work with BD to communicate with HQ for product continuous enhancements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, develop sales/product strategy for CN market together with HQ.
- Keep clear communication and alignment with HQ in all aspects.
- Collaborate with supporting functions, e.g. back office, application and service, to ensure smooth commercial transactions and operations.
