### Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/MM Support Consultant to manage and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules in a production support environment. The candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, change management, system enhancements, user support, and coordination with business and technical teams to ensure smooth business operations.
### Roles & Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end production support for SAP SD and MM modules.
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.
* Handle configuration and enhancement requests related to SD/MM processes.
* Support order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) business processes.
* Work on master data, pricing, billing, shipping, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor management processes.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as FI, WM, PP, and ABAP for issue resolution and developments.
* Perform root cause analysis and provide preventive solutions.
* Support deployment activities, transport management, and system testing.
* Prepare functional and technical documentation including SOPs, KT documents, and test cases.
* Participate in client discussions, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
* Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and integration issues related to SD/MM modules.
* Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
### Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules - End to end over all understanding in P2P, O2C, B2B, F2S.
* Experience in production support and enhancement projects.
* Good understanding of:
* Sales Order Processing
* Pricing & Billing
* Delivery & Shipping
* Procurement Cycle
* Inventory Management
* Purchase Orders & Vendor Management
* Knowledge of IDOCs, interfaces, and integration concepts.
* Exposure to SAP ECC / S4HANA environments.
* Understanding of debugging concepts and coordination with ABAP teams.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow, ticketing tools, and SLA management.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
### Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
* SAP SD/MM certification is an added advantage.
* Experience in AMS/Support projects preferred.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes is desirable.
* Real-time hands-on experience manufacturing or distribution center will be an added advantage.

* 7+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM support and maintenance projects.
