Data Analyst Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on marketing and growth metrics and split-test. Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the creation of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations using business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and project requirements.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support data-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with at least one business intelligence (BI) tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a logical approach to analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• *Optional* Basic knowledge of a programming language like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
