Our Growth team in Toronto is currently looking for a Promotions Associate to join the team. 

As a Promotions Associate you will create opportunities to both reward customers and deliver events which allow account managers to get direct interaction with our most valuable clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the Account Management leadership team on the development of a clear and cohesive strategy for the management of the promotions proposition.
• Promotional calendar planned and sent for approval 90 days in advance.
• At least one specialized monthly promotional campaign.
• Coordinate promotional efforts with the Marketing team
• Maintain relationships with third party suppliers,  including ensuring invoices are forwarded to the finance and insights departments in a timely manner.
• Timely recording and monthly audit of gifting spend and inventory holdings.

What you will bring to the role:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing related role. Able to devise & execute a wide range of strategic campaigns, promotions and events.
• A natural affinity for organizing and prioritizing a high number of varied tasks.
• Aware of the importance of completing tasks on deadline, and the implications of tasks running behind schedule.
• Natural reaction to fix something that is not right or to improve something that could be better.
• Experience in poker and casino products is a plus.
