Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning and execution across a portfolio of incentives initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Build and manage integrated project plans, milestone tracking, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive-ready status updates
Partner with business, IT, product, finance, SAP/OTDS, Connected Incentives, CIMS, Claims, and testing teams to align scope, timing, readiness, and issue resolution
Drive refinement of business requirements and user stories to support development, testing, deployment, and change readiness
Identify risks, remove roadblocks, escalate issues proactively, and support timely, data-driven decision making
Coordinate cross-functional testing, implementation readiness, production support, and hypercare activities
Support transformation efforts that improve incentive processing, dealer experience, operational efficiency, and platform modernization
Influence outcomes across teams without direct authority by building strong relationships, facilitating alignment, and maintaining momentum
Own project timelines, deliverables, and dependency management for assigned GBST Incentives workstreams
Facilitate recurring project meetings, stakeholder reviews, working sessions, and leadership readouts
Translate broad business challenges into structured execution plans that can be delivered by cross-functional teams
Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and milestones, highlighting variances and recommending recovery actions
Support release planning and coordinate readiness across requirements, development, testing, communications, and business validation
Use data and analysis to communicate tradeoffs, support decisions, and demonstrate project value
Help strengthen project delivery discipline, processes, and team coordination across the broader incentives function
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience.
Significant project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment on significant matters
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct people leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for both working teams and leadership audiences
Experience with project planning, issue and risk management, dependency tracking, and status reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify options and recommend actionable solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
Experience translating business requirements into user stories and supporting refinement with technical teams
Experience coordinating UAT, release readiness, and production issue resolution
Knowledge of dealer-facing or enterprise process transformation efforts
What Will Make You Successful
You are organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
You bring structure to complex challenges and turn them into executable plans
You build trust quickly and work effectively across business and technical teams
You communicate clearly, escalate thoughtfully, and keep stakeholders aligned
You stay focused on delivery while balancing detail, risk, and business outcomes
