What You'll Do:

• Reach out proactively to potential new clients via phone and email—your energy and persuasive skills will open new doors!

• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying sales opportunities.

• Keep our CRM updated, maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and accurate records.

• Handle administrative tasks related to orders, contract renewals, and client documentation efficiently.

• Have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.

• Thrive on the phone, bringing positivity, persistence, and passion to every call.

• Have a natural 'hunter' mindset—you love uncovering opportunities and aren’t afraid of hearing “no.”

• Are enthusiastic about learning sales processes and market trends to effectively pitch products.

• Enjoy working independently while collaborating within an international team environment.

• Speak fluent Polish and have solid English skills. (Speaking German is a fantastic plus!)
