Job Description

Project Manager – Santiago Plant

Managerial full-time position

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Region Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile

Profile: 3–5 years of experience in project and capital management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead plant initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Be the go-to person for Business Units to assess project feasibility, align priorities, and timelines.

  • Manage project budgets (CPS), schedules, and key deliverables.

  • Work with suppliers and internal partners, navigating common delays and limited vendor availability.

  • Identify technical improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring strong execution and team development.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in project and capital management.

  • Experience in FMCG or industrial/manufacturing environments.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced English.

  • Ability to stay organized, make decisions, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
