Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and implement training methods pertaining to Guest Service, Ticket Sales, will call, and other processes for all ticketing requests within all MGM events.

  • Ensuring team members are held accountable to the Policies and Procedures and Training Manual of the MGM Box Office.

  • Ability to problem solve/multi-task effectively in a fast pace/high stress environment.

  • Communicate effectively with guests providing detailed information regarding property facilities and services.

  • Interpret and utilize Ticketing system and show codes.

  • Professional appearance and demeanour.

  • Other job-related duties as requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Working Experience:At least 3 years of experience in a similar guest service position.

  • Educational Level:High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Language Skill:Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an asset.

  • Computer Skill:Outlook, MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Ticketflap and Maizuo Ticketing System is an asset.

  • Flexible schedule:Accommodate a flexible working schedule, working holiday periods, nights and weekends as necessary.

  • Teamwork:Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team, establish team spirit and closely coordinate with both senior management and subordinates.
