Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate and implement training methods pertaining to Guest Service, Ticket Sales, will call, and other processes for all ticketing requests within all MGM events.
Ensuring team members are held accountable to the Policies and Procedures and Training Manual of the MGM Box Office.
Ability to problem solve/multi-task effectively in a fast pace/high stress environment.
Communicate effectively with guests providing detailed information regarding property facilities and services.
Interpret and utilize Ticketing system and show codes.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Other job-related duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
Working Experience:At least 3 years of experience in a similar guest service position.
Educational Level:High school diploma or equivalent.
Language Skill:Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an asset.
Computer Skill:Outlook, MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Ticketflap and Maizuo Ticketing System is an asset.
Flexible schedule:Accommodate a flexible working schedule, working holiday periods, nights and weekends as necessary.
Teamwork:Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team, establish team spirit and closely coordinate with both senior management and subordinates.
