Regional Assistant Program Manager

Key Role:

Lead one or more engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Human Resource (HR) solutions. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in management

  • Experience in a military or direct civilian supervisory role, including managing family programs or youth development programs in a military organization

  • Experience managing military well-being programs

  • Knowledge of child, youth and school services programs, ARNG family program and deployment cycle support requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or Program Management

  • Ability to obtain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Certifications within 30 days of start date

  • Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/Automated External Defibrillators (AED) Certification

  • Completion of Mental Health and First Aid training

  • Completion the Army Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) Master Resilience Training Level 1 course

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the areas of military personnel, human resources, and family programs

  • Experience in making oral presentations to various size groups

  • Experience preparing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents

  • Experience gathering information, making recommendations for program improvement, synthesizing information, and providing communication to disseminate information throughout the organization. 

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to be a self-starter

  • Completion of Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Suicide Prevention Training

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
