Summary:
We are seeking a Manager GRC Platforms to lead and manage enterprise Global Security Exception Management, Audit & Risk workflows (AuditBoard), and Privacy & Compliance programs (OneTrust). The role is responsible for platform ownership, process governance, audit readiness, and stakeholder management, ensuring risk acceptance, audit, and privacy processes are consistent, transparent, and compliant across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Global Security Exception Management
- Own and manage the Global Security Exception Management System.
- Define and enforce processes for risk acceptance, exception approvals, renewals, and expirations.
- Ensure security exceptions are risk-assessed, time-bound, and properly documented.
- Provide visibility and reporting on exception trends, risk exposure, and remediation status.
- AuditBoard Audit & Risk Management
- Lead implementation and ongoing operations of AuditBoard modules (SOX, Internal Audit, Risk Management).
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including evidence collection and workflow management.
- Ensure timely remediation tracking, issue management, and audit closure.
- OneTrust Privacy, Risk & Compliance
- Manage OneTrust for privacy compliance, risk assessments, and regulatory workflows.
- Support DPIAs, vendor risk assessments, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure alignment with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Governance, Risk & Compliance Leadership
- Define and maintain GRC policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
- Drive alignment between security, risk, privacy, and compliance teams.
- Translate regulatory and audit requirements into operational processes.
- Service Delivery & Platform Governance
- Own platform governance including configuration, integrations, access control, and data quality.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics for GRC platforms.
- Lead enhancements, automation initiatives, and tool optimizations.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the primary interface with Risk, Compliance, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Audit stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor GRC analysts and platform administrators.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and risk summaries.
- Reporting & Executive Communication
- Provide leadership with risk posture, audit status, exception exposure, and compliance insights.
- Support board-level and executive reporting.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 8 to12 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Security Risk Management.
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience with AuditBoard and OneTrust.
- Experience managing security exception / risk acceptance processes.
- Solid understanding of audit, risk, compliance, and privacy frameworks.
- Experience with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks.
- Exposure to third-party risk management (TPRM).
- GRC or privacy certifications (CISA, CRISC, CIPM, CIPP).
- Experience in large global or regulated environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 plus years of experience in Risk Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
