Job purpose:

The Marketing Consultant – Partnership Program will be responsible for development and execution of the partnership program facing marketing strategies for Carl Zeiss India, Vision Care.

Reports to: Trade Marketing Manager, Vision Care, Carl Zeiss India

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Activations: Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies & activations to drive store traffic and sales.

  • Act as the primary liaison for all partner customer requests related to product or marketing functions ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in timebound manner.

  • Develop deep understanding of consumer behavior at a micro level in store to feed to the brand partnership team and technical training team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store promotions, displays, and campaigns BTL(below-the-line) & hyperlocal digital marketing initiatives for partner shops.

  • Ensure brand consistency and enhance overall customer experience with the program

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Own the marketing calendar & budgets for ZEISS business partnership program collaborating with Brand team, Trade marketing & Partnership Sales teams.

Education: MBA from reputed B School

Job Requirement:

  • Overall experience of 5+ years with experience in sales

  • Proven experience in Franchise Marketing or Key Account Management or in a similar role

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to strategize and drive to execution at scale

  • Structural problem-solving abilities while dealing with uncertainty in the current world environment
