We are looking for a polished and experienced professional and results-oriented Senior Solutions Sales specialist with a strong technical acumen. You will drive the strategic sales efforts for our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution specifically designed for large corporations' global employee relocation needs. This role requires a high-level understanding of technical concepts and solution architecture without the need for hands-on engineering work. The successful candidate will be the ultimate client champion, paving the way for their success by advocating for their needs, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our teams. As our Director of Sales, this individual will serve as the go-to client expert, working closely with diverse teams and partners to drive revenue growth and guarantee flawless solution implementations.

How You’ll Do It…

  • Lead the strategic sales initiatives for our Global Mobility solution, Relocity One, targeting large enterprise customers and channel partners. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target markets, positioning the solution as an essential investment for their business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts through the use of industry expertise and market insights.          
  • Lead initial discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their unique requirements and align technical capabilities with business needs.
  • Facilitating the alignment of priorities and establishing timelines for project milestones and deliverables.
  • Alleviate and handle concerns of non-technical stakeholders by effectively communicating complex technical information in a clear and digestible manner.
  • Form and strengthen relationships with global mobility team leaders, solution partners, channel sales partners, product & engineering, corporate legal staff to ensure alignment and success in meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor the solution to meet specific customer requirements and ensure smooth implementations.
  • Drive sales performance by surpassing personal sales objectives and contributing to overall team success, with a focus on enterprise-level engagements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company with integrity and credibility in all interactions.

What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding personal sales goals within a defined global sales strategy, in the software industry.
  • Proven track record in software solution industries, particularly known for multi-faceted, decision-making processes such as CRM or HCM. Experience in these areas is strongly preferred for this role.
  • Experience in solution architecture, conducting product demos, negotiating price contracts, and successful customer implementations.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders and partners at a high technical expertise level.
  • Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling them to effectively engage and influence senior management as well as a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to navigate and excel in challenging sales cycles, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.
  • Extensive experience in orchestrating and leading sales efforts through complex decision-making processes and overcoming various hurdles.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders across the U.S. to ensure successful project outcomes and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, emphasizing enterprise-level engagements within the global employee relocation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Pay Range: 160,000 plus Commission
