Job Description Summary:
This position will provide administrative assistance in supporting departments across the OhioHealth system by utilizing standard work and critical thinking to proactively deploy designated resources to the greatest need. This position will manage information, material resources, human capital and facilitate the flow of information to and from care sites, OhioHealth associates and leaders throughout the OhioHealth system.Responsibilities And Duties:
60%: Manage team schedule (Ill calls, shift swaps and requests). Maintain/process time sheets, timecard & payroll corrections, payroll reports, time and attendance reports. Help leadership and staff ensure accuracy/compliance (pay premiums, TAP, FMLA, LOA etc.) with payroll, when applicable. Tasks that contribute to the department efficiencies (data collection, metric tracking, and reporting) and perform duties that support the team (communication, i.e. conference calls, emails, mobile phone and other).Minimum Qualifications:
