How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Supply Planner is responsible for balancing production capacity, inventory, and customer demand for liquid and gaseous industrial gases (including, but not limited to, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and CO₂). Expected to maintain a 24-month rolling supply plan. This role ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective supply across production plants, bulk storage, pipelines, and distribution networks while maintaining service levels and regulatory compliance.

The Supply Planner works cross-functionally with demand, production, logistics, distribution, and supply chain planning to develop executable supply plans that optimize asset utilization and support business growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain inclusive mid-term supply plans that balance production and transportation capacity.

  • Collaborate with plant operations to align capacity limits and maintain supply continuity during outages.

  • Nurture relationships with distribution and logistics teams to optimize delivery capacity and replenishment cycles.

  • Monitor performance through a supportive lens, identifying root causes for disruptions and leading corrective alignment.

  • Contribute to the S&OP process by providing thoughtful supply scenarios and capacity insights.

  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our planning community.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in supply, production, or operations planning.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certification.

  • Experience with Power BI or custom supply chain software (ALTO).

  • Familiarity with process manufacturing industries.
