As the Sales & Partner Enablement Manager, your mission is to empower our sales and partner teams with the knowledge, resources and coaching they need to excel in their roles. You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, providing the insights, training, and tools that drive performance and align with our business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, ensuring team alignment, and creating a culture of continuous learning across the sales organization.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience.
