Summary
A Level 8 Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) role typically involves being a senior functional consultant or principal lead, responsible for end-to-end SCM implementations, process optimization, and stakeholder management across modules like Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation. Candidates are expected to have 8–15 years of experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and deep expertise in supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
SCM Implementation – Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation).
Business Process Analysis – Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design optimized supply chain solutions.
Configuration & Optimization – Configure SCM modules to align with business objectives and improve efficiency.
Documentation – Prepare BRDs, SOPs, process maps, and functional documentation.
Integration Support – Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SCM with ERP, WMS, and third-party systems.
KPI Development – Define supply chain KPIs and build dashboards for operational visibility.
Change Management – Drive user training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives.
Project Leadership – Guide onsite-offshore teams, manage UAT, data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Required Skills
8–15 years of Oracle SCM experience (Fusion Cloud expertise preferred).
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.
Hands-on experience with Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management.
Expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
Experience with SCM integrations, data migration, and testing.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams in onsite-offshore delivery models.
Good-to-have: Oracle SCM certifications, knowledge of logistics/distribution, and exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Additional Information
