Overview of Unit/Department
Adult Psychiatric Units I and II provide care for adult patients (ages 18–50) experiencing acute mental health needs. Each unit includes 21 beds, divided into two wings: a 14-bed lower acuity wing and a 7-bed higher acuity wing, allowing for tailored, patient-centered care.
These units are built around a strong commitment to safety and creating a supportive, therapeutic environment that promotes healing and mental wellness. Staff play a vital role in fostering stability, trust, and recovery for patients during vulnerable moments in their lives.
Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates
Up to $1,800 Sign-On Bonus
Up to 24 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off
Up to $3,000 Relocation bonus
Evening shift differential: $1.75
$0.50 Certification pay (AAPT)
$0.50 BS-Psych pay

Education:
▪ Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
▪ Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field
Experience:
▪ Preferred: Previous experience with mental health or age specific population
