Overview: As a Purchasing Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations —leading a dynamic team, driving strategic sourcing decisions, and ensuring materials flow seamlessly to meet demand.  Your key responsibilities will include:

Recruit, coach, and retain top talent in the Purchasing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through mentoring, training, and succession planning.

Drive Operational Excellence
Set clear goals and performance metrics for your team. Monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs and project milestones.

Enhance Communication and Collaboration
Facilitate open communication within the team and across departments. Adapt your communication style to different audiences and encourage input and idea-sharing.

Support Strategic Business Goals
Align purchasing strategies with broader business objectives. Provide regular updates to leadership and contribute to the development and execution of materials and supply chain strategies

Optimize Costs and Processes
Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing processes, reduce costs, and improve value. Leverage data and tools to monitor trends and implement impactful improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bsc. in Economics or Supply Chain Management
• Experience:
  • 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Profound understanding of Customers regulations, such as
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP Systems (e.g. SAP,…), as well as further MS Office Programs
  • Certifications: APICS Certification
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to manage data, communicate clearly and effectively
