This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Overland Park, KS, with the flexibility to work from home while periodically coming into the office for new hire orientation, meetings, and collaboration.

Reporting to the SVP of People, you will lead the recruitment and retention strategy across high-growth business areas, developing and implementing initiatives to attract and retain top talent while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers in a geographically dispersed environment. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, advancing diversity and inclusion efforts, and regularly evaluating recruitment and retention functions by analyzing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and proposing actionable solutions for optimization.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for a SaaS commercial software company, preferably in healthcare software. You will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top candidates in software engineering, AI, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Innovative Sourcing: Develop and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies to uncover and engage top software engineering talent using social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships.
Talent Strategy Development: Partner with hiring managers to identify immediate and long-term staffing needs, and tailor recruitment strategies to meet department and company goals.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a superior candidate journey by focusing on transparency, communication, and a high level of personalized service throughout the hiring process.
Diversity and Inclusion: Drive initiatives to foster a diverse pipeline of talent and promote inclusive hiring practices across all stages of the recruitment process.
Recruitment Metrics: Regularly analyze recruitment data to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR and leadership teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Mentor and coach junior team members on sourcing and recruitment best practices.
Retention Initiatives: Collaborate with HR on post-hire engagement and retention programs, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success for new hires and employees
