Our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division delivers project, maintenance, and service solutions supporting manufacturing, cold storage, and R&D testing. As the OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors, and York products, our nationally based engineers provide planned, preventative, and reactive services across sectors including food & beverage, cold storage, leisure, pharma, and automotive.

We’re hiring a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills to manage service support teams and ensure timely, high-quality customer service for maintenance and repairs. This is a full time and permanent position based in our office in Belshill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineer scheduling and utilisation

  • Planner and timesheet management

  • Job creation (maintenance, quoted, reactive)

  • Parts ordering and customer communication

  • PO handling, invoicing, quotations, WIP management

  • KPI tracking and compliance (EHS, FGAS)

  • Maintaining training matrix
