The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Head of PV role will make an impact:

• Ensure compliance with national regulatory authority requirements for pharmacovigilance (PV) and Viatris standards

• Lead the German PV department with 5 direct reports, including quality control and assurance processes

• Oversee and assess safety data and signal management for all Viatris products distributed in Germany

• Collaborate with global teams and regulatory authorities, managing risk minimization measures and product recalls

• Ensure PV compliance through internal audits and regulatory inspections

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Graduated Plan Officer (Stufenplanbeauftragter)

• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in pharmacovigilance

• Leadership skills and experience in budget management

• Fluent in German and English with strong MS Office skills
